Through a series of community forums in Montreal East, Montreal Centre, the South Shore, the West Island and Laval a variety of issues important to Quebec's English-speaking communities were discussed, including: demographic change; quality health care; social and educational services; social participation; arts, culture and heritage and economic development and employment. This consultation was framed by a number of discussion papers that were prepared on the below topics and issues:
