NEW RESOURCE: Analysis of migration tendancies in Quebec between 2001 and 2006
This study was conducted based on the 2006 census data and allows for analysis of migration trends in Québec. While most studies on migration make no distinction between the two official language groups in Canada, this study establishes the migration trends of Anglophones versus Francophones in Québec. It follows up on the studies that were just recently conducted for New Brunswick, Ontario, and Newfoundland and Labrador.

NEW RESOURCE: New Report: Where Do Quebec's Anglos Work?
Where Do Quebec's Anglos Work?' is part of an Asset Map of Employability & Entrepreneurial Development Resources for English-speaking communities that identifies and cross-references employability and entrepreneurial development within Quebec’s English-speaking population – a population that includes a high number of immigrants and aboriginal people, as well as old-stock Anglophones.
The Local Employability Access Program (LEAP) report provides a statistical portrait of ‘where Anglos work’ in Quebec, and what levels of education they have achieved. It is intended as a vehicle for knowledge sharing and exchange, as well as the starting point for collaborative activities that respond to service gaps while avoiding duplication.
